1. Our Service Fees

Sky Voyage Travel charges service fees for the travel assistance services we provide. These fees are separate from any fees charged by airlines, cruise lines, or travel suppliers. Our service fee compensates us for the time, expertise, and effort our agents spend on your behalf — regardless of the outcome.

Service fee amounts vary depending on the complexity of the request. Our agents will quote you the applicable service fee before performing any work on your behalf. You will have the opportunity to accept or decline before any charges are applied.

2. Fee Disclosure

We commit to the following fee disclosure practices:

• All service fees are disclosed verbally before any work begins
• You will not be charged without your explicit consent
• Our service fee is separate from any supplier fees or fare differences
• We will explain exactly what is included in our service before charging

3. Refunds of Service Fees

Our service fees are generally non-refundable once services have been rendered, because our fee compensates for agent time and expertise regardless of the outcome. This is similar to how a lawyer charges for services rendered even if the outcome doesn’t go your way.

However, we may consider refunds or adjustments in the following circumstances:

• Our agent made a material error in processing your request
• You were charged for services not agreed upon
• The service was not initiated and no work was performed
• Duplicate charges were applied to your account

4. Airline and Cruise Line Refunds

When we assist you in obtaining a refund from an airline or cruise line, that refund is issued directly by the airline or cruise line to you (typically back to your original form of payment). We do not hold or process these refunds on your behalf. The timing of such refunds is determined by the airline or cruise line.

5. Chargebacks
