We provide travel assistance services to US travelers seeking help navigating airline policies, cruise line procedures, OTA disputes, hotel issues, and related travel problems. Our services are provided in exchange for service fees as described at the time of engagement.

2. Services Provided

Sky Voyage Travel provides the following general categories of service:

• Flight change and cancellation assistance
• Flight rebooking and missed connection support
• Cruise cancellation, rebooking, and change assistance
• Travel credit and future cruise credit guidance
• Hotel dispute and OTA booking issue resolution
• General travel advisory and consumer rights information

We act as an independent intermediary, advocating on your behalf with airlines, cruise lines, hotels, and OTAs. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, as ultimate decisions rest with the travel supplier or OTA involved.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome

While we make every effort to obtain favorable results for our clients, Sky Voyage Travel does not and cannot guarantee any specific outcome. Refunds, fee waivers, rebooking terms, and other decisions are made at the sole discretion of the airline, cruise line, hotel, or OTA involved. Our fees are charged for the service of assistance and advocacy, regardless of the final outcome from the travel supplier.

4. Service Fees

Sky Voyage Travel charges service fees for its assistance services. Fees are disclosed to you verbally at the time of engagement, before any work is begun. By agreeing to our services, you authorize any applicable service fees. Our fee structure is separate from and in addition to any fees charged by airlines, cruise lines, or OTAs. 5. Independent Agency Disclosure

Sky Voyage Travel is an independent travel assistance company. We are not affiliated with, employed by, owned by, or authorized agents of any airline, cruise line, hotel, car rental company, or online travel agency. Airline and cruise line names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Use of such names on our website is for informational identification purposes only and does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

6. Authorized Use

You represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are the primary account holder on the booking in question, or have been authorized by the account holder to seek assistance
• All information you provide to us is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge
• You will not use our services for any unlawful purpose

7. Information Accuracy

Sky Voyage Travel provides information about airline policies, cruise line procedures, and traveler rights based on publicly available information and general industry knowledge. This information is provided for general guidance only and may not reflect the most current policies of any airline, cruise line, or OTA. We strongly encourage you to verify critical policy details directly with the relevant travel supplier before making decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sky Voyage Travel and Expert Trip LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to flight cancellations, missed connections, travel disruptions, financial losses, or decisions made by airlines, cruise lines, hotels, or OTAs. Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the service fees you paid to us for the specific service at issue.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the parties agree to binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association’s consumer arbitration rules. These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Expert Trip LLC is registered.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
